Education and Training

Students, residents, fellows and training directors play an integral role in the leadership and development of the organization.  Through mentorship, AAAP works to motivate and train students and young physicians going into the field of Addiction Psychiatry.

AAAP is constantly seeking ways to adequately train health professionals in diagnosing, screening and treating individuals with substance use disorders and mental health disorders.
