Contributions in any amount are appreciated. Some sponsorship
benefits, such as free meeting registrations or exhibit booths,
are determined by the amount donated. Please see above for

Along with a
complimentary registration and a listing in the final program, the
sponsor will be listed on the cover of the compact disc kits.

Items Give You Visibility
Name
Badge Neck Straps $800
Donate 500 neck
straps with your company's logo. Annual Meeting attendees will be
given these neck straps to use with their official conference name
badges.
Premiums
The
following are examples of specialty items that may be included
with participants’ registration packets at the Annual Meeting.
The items will include your company name/logo (name only on pens)
and the meeting name. We will be glad to consider other ideas for
specialty items to distribute to our meeting participants.
