REACHING THE AUDIENCE
- A complete exhibitor package is available that will give your company exposure to the entire Annual Meeting.
- Each participating organization will receive one complimentary full registration, allowing admittance to all technical sessions as well as all social events.
- Social functions and daily refreshment breaks will be held in the exhibit hall.
SPACE ASSIGNMENT AND FEES
Exhibit space is available in 8’ x 10’ table top units. The charge per unit is $1000. Each unit fee includes the following:
- One full conference registration
- One six foot skirted table, one side chair, and one wastebasket
- A 7” x 44” identification sign
- Complimentary listing in the Conference Program (Exhibitors must reserve space no later than October 1, 2007 in order to ensure inclusion in the Conference Program)
- Mailing list of attendees following the show
Exhibit space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservation of exhibit space requires a completed application, full payment, and a description of products and services.
Please note that exhibit
space is limited to 8’ x 10’ per unit.
Exhibits surpassing these dimensions will not be permitted.
No more than one exhibit representative per unit will
be permitted in the exhibit hall at any one time.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
The conference rate for the AAAP 18th Annual Meeting & Symposium is $205/night plus tax plus a resort fee of $16/day. To reserve a room, call 1-800-HOTEL-DEL (468-3533) or click here to make your reservation online. The password for online reservations is aaap07 (not case sensitive).
A one night’s deposit is required with your room reservation and your credit card will be charged for one night’s deposit upon making your reservation. You must cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your arrival date or else forfeit your room deposit.
The deadline for hotel reservations is October 22, 2007. After that date, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate available basis. |
