Listing in the final program and the AAAP Web site. Sponsors must reserve their sponsorship by October 1, 2007 to ensure inclusion in the final program.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Unrestricted Support
Opportunities exist to support AAAP Annual Meeting educational activities. Contributions in any amount are appreciated. Some sponsorship benefits, such as free meeting registrations or exhibit booths, are determined by the amount donated. Please see above for details.
Event Sponsorship Activities
For the following categories of support, sponsors will receive a listing in the final program and a sign will be placed at the entrance of the event noting your sponsorship. For contributions of at least $5000, sponsors will also receive one complimentary conference registration.

*Provides a resident or student with the opportunity to attend the Annual Meeting. Travel expenses, hotel accommodations and meeting registration up to $1500 will be covered for 10 Travel Stipend recipients. Sponsors will be listed in the final program.
Specialty Items Give You Visibility
Name Badge Neck Straps $800
Donate 500 neck straps with your company's logo. Annual Meeting attendees will be given these neck straps to use with their official conference name badges.
Premiums
The following are examples of specialty items that may be included with participants’ registration packets at the Annual Meeting. The items will include your company name/logo (name only on pens) and the meeting name. We will be glad to consider other ideas for specialty items to distribute to our meeting participants.
