      Boca Raton Resort & Club is just 24 miles north of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and only

SPACE ASSIGNMENT AND FEES

     Exhibit space will be available in 8’ x 10’ table top units. 

     The charge per unit is $1000.

     

     Each unit fee includes the following:

            • One conference registration

            • One eight foot skirted table, one side chair, and one wastebasket

            • Complimentary listing in the Conference Program (Exhibitors must have paid no later than October 1, 2008

               in order to ensure placement in the Conference Program)

            • Participant Lists will be provided Exhibit space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, 

              first-served basis.

      

Request to exhibit requires a completed application, full payment, 

a description of products and services, and review by AAAP staff.

 

EXHIBIT SERVICES

      Southern Convention Services (SCS) has been selected to service our exhibitors for the 2008 AAAP Annual       

      Meeting & Symposium. SCS will maintain a service center during set-up, move-in, and dismantling. It will      

      serve as a supply center for the furniture, carpet, labor and material handling services. A Service Kit will be      

      mailed to all participating organizations 2-3 months prior to the event. If you have any questions before the

REACHING THE AUDIENCE

       • A complete exhibitor package is available that will give your company exposure to the entire Annual

         Meeting.

      • Each participating organization will receive one complimentary full registration, allowing admittance to all

         educational sessions as

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

     The conference rate is $205/night plus tax plus $18/day resort fee. To reserve a room, call (888) 503-2622.

      One night’s deposit is required with your room reservation and your credit card will be charged for one night’s

      deposit upon making your reservation. You must cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your arrival date or

      else forfeit this deposit.

 

      The deadline for hotel reservations is November 1, 2008.

      After that date, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate available basis.
