Position Overview
Seeking a Psychiatrist to join our collaborative and integrative clinical team. The ideal candidate is clinically grounded, open-minded, and aligned with a whole-person approach to mental health and healing.
Job Responsibilities:
Initial Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Provide medication management, diagnostic formulation, and ongoing follow-up care
- Growth Potential Responsibilities:
- Perform medical and psychiatric clearances for Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
- (Optional, with training) Co-facilitate or support Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy sessions
- Contribute to the development of integrative treatment plans, including collaboration with psychotherapists, nutrition-oriented services, and wellness interventions
Required education/experience:
- MD with completed psychiatry residency
- Strong foundation in psychopharmacology and trauma-informed care
- Interest in integrative, holistic, and emerging modalities
- Curiosity, openness, and a collaborative spirit
- Ketamine experience is welcome but not required — training is provided
Required licenses/certifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist in California
- Full DEA license
