Cancellation Policies and Membership Renewals
Annual Meeting Cancellation Policy: A 50% refund will be honored for cancellations requested before September 1, 2025, prior to the annual meeting in November 2025. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. There will be no refunds after September 1, 2025.
All other products Cancellation Policy: A 100% refund will be honored for cancellations requested in writing within 48 hours of purchase. No refunds will be honored after 48 hours of purchase. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Membership purchases: We do not refund membership fees after purchase. If you have questions, please submit them to [email protected].
Renewing Membership: AAAP does not automatically renew memberships. Members will be sent an email notifying them to renew their membership one month before membership expires.
